We offer free express delivery (4-7 working days) of all online orders sent throughout New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay with your order. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ask that a physical address be given for delivery so that the package can be signed for on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls, they will leave a Card to Call with details for redelivery.

Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and either call NZ Couriers on 0800 800 841  or visit www.nzcouriers.co.nz


Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries can take an extra 5-7 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if most convenient.

Overseas Shipping
Shipping to Australia is available for a flat rate of $8 to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones. Items which are shipped internationally will be charged the GST exclusive price, however there may be custom taxes/duty charged by the recipient country direct to the customer. We recommend checking with your countries customs if your item will incur charges.

You are welcome to return your purchase for an exchange or store credit for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date.

All items are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept items for return if they have been specially ordered, sized, engraved or altered.

Certain promotions may also mean an item is unable to be returned - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period. 

Buying a ring as a gift? If you are unsure of the desired ring size, we would recommend ordering a stock size ring, which can then be exchanged/resized or custom ordered in the correct ring size. Please note, rings are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.

We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand if the item is faulty. We can provide a return courier pack within New Zealand, please get in touch with us for more information or to arrange a return courier pack. Unfortunately we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of return international shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Kia Kaha will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Kia Kaha is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Kia Kaha is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection at your chosen store.

We do our best to make sure your order is available within 1-3 working days however we will be in touch as soon as possible if there is going to be a delay.

Payment for your order is made at the store at the time of collection.

Click & Collect orders will be reserved at the store for 7 days after you receive your email confirmation.
